We develop a variety of businesses closely related to the foundations of daily life.
Based in Kobe, with offices in Aomori, Ibaraki, Yokohama, Chiba, Fukui, and Shimane, we provide optimal transportation and installation services for ultra-large and heavy cargo, primarily to factories and power plants throughout Japan. In addition, we are involved in national projects related to nuclear power plants and are expanding our business into important fields such as solar power, energy storage, onshore and offshore wind power generation, and factory contracting services, which contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society and the stabilization of power supply.

I asked people who actually work there.
Please tell me your main cargo handling duties.
Operating in various locations across Japan, we handle essential cargo that supports infrastructure you would never see in everyday life, including power plants, industrial machinery, and raw materials (coal) necessary for thermal power generation.
• Boilers, modules, turbines, transformers, and coal, biomass fuels, etc. in thermal power plants
- Power plant pressure vessels, turbines, transformers, new fuel, spent fuel transport containers, low-level radioactive waste, etc. at nuclear power plants
• In the renewable energy sector: wind turbine components, grid batteries, etc. • Others: construction of highway bridges, pedestrian bridges, etc.
What kind of characteristics do successful people possess?
The general perception is that our company is comprised of "technical" or "nuclear engineering" personnel who have graduated from specialized academic departments. However, nowadays, we have a large number of experienced professionals who have cultivated their skills and knowledge through their work, regardless of their major.
Teams are formed for each type of work, and roles are divided accordingly. Each employee takes ownership of the work and actively works towards its completion.
Are there any events or community involvement unique to this location?
We are participating in the "Kodomo Work in Kobe" program, a marine job experience program implemented in collaboration with Kobe City and private companies. Elementary school students in grades 3-6 and their guardians were given the opportunity to experience inspecting, driving, and guiding a special vehicle called a "unit carrier," something they wouldn't normally have the chance to do. It was heartwarming to see the children tackling the tasks with loud voices undeterred by the scorching summer heat, and seeing them sit in the driver's seat gave us high hopes for their future success. We will continue to maintain our connection with the community and promote the appeal of the port.
