On-Site Factory Services
We provide total coverage of transportation and shipping operations, from receiving raw materials from vessels to transporting them from the raw material yard to each processing stage, and finally to shipping the finished products, all within the premises of our customers' factories and warehouses. We understand and analyze our customers' production processes to achieve improved productivity and ensure safety.

Loading and unloading of raw materials onto ships and storage at steel mills
At steel mills, iron ore, coal, and other raw materials for steelmaking are unloaded from large ships using continuous unloader cranes and grab buckets, and then stored and managed in yards (temporary storage areas). These materials are then transported from the yards to the factories using belt conveyors and large dump trucks, depending on the steel mill's production process.

Secondary processing/storage/transportation
We use overhead cranes to transport automotive steel sheets (hot coils) produced at the steel mill to storage facilities for storage and management, and also load them onto coastal vessels and other ships depending on the production process.
In addition, the production process includes processing work such as cutting and shaping steel plates, quality inspection and welding of slabs, and secondary processing work such as grinding with remotely operated grinders and cutting with automatic cutting machines. -
Product management and shipping operations
We handle everything from receiving final products such as thick plates and coils into the warehouse, to inventory management, and shipping operations including sea loading. We also transport large products such as steel pipes using our own specialized vehicles.

Environmentally compliant work
To meet the growing environmental needs, we also offer services such as dust control using water trucks and on-site cleaning using high-altitude water cannons.
